No Return & No Exchange Policy

At Suraj Export, we uphold the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and craftsmanship in all our jewellery. To protect the integrity of our products and ensure fairness to every customer, we maintain a strict NO RETURN & NO EXCHANGE policy.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Key Terms & Conditions

1. Final Sale

All purchases made through our store, website, or social media channels are considered final sale. Once an order is confirmed and delivered, it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

2. Product Information

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing product descriptions, sizes, weights, designs, and images before confirming the order.

Any variation in color, shine, or appearance due to lighting, photography, or device screen settings will not be considered a defect.

3. Damages & Defects

All jewellery is carefully quality checked and securely packed before dispatch.

In the rare case of damage during transit, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with a mandatory unboxing video and supporting photos as proof.

Claims without an unboxing video or reported after the 24-hour window will be strictly rejected.

4. Custom Orders & Personalisation

All customised, made-to-order, or engraved jewellery pieces are specially crafted according to customer requirements and are strictly non-cancellable and non-returnable.

5. Hygiene & Safety Reasons

As jewellery comes in direct contact with skin, we do not accept returns or exchanges in order to maintain proper hygiene standards.

6. No Exceptions

Requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds citing reasons such as:

• Personal preference
• Gifting issues
• Size mismatch
• Change of mind
• Any other reason apart from verified transit damage

will not be accepted.

7. Exchange Conditions

• Exchanges are available only within India. International orders are not eligible.
• Advance payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• For size exchanges, customers must bear all shipping charges (both return and reshipping).
• Repair charges must be borne by the customer except in cases of brand size error or transit damage.
• Exchanges are valid only for the same product.
• Products once exchanged cannot be exchanged again.

8. Eligibility for Return (Transit Damage Only)

If a product is eligible for return due to verified transit damage, the following must be provided:

• Original packaging in sealed condition
• Invoice and payment receipt
• Authenticity certificate (if provided)
• Any accessories or additional items sent with the shipment

Products not in original condition, or showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration, will not be accepted.

We kindly request you to acknowledge receipt of your parcel upon delivery so we can ensure that your order has reached you safely.

Suraj Export reserves the right to verify and approve all return or exchange requests. Our decision shall be final in such matters.
